I/we got this errorINS0034 :The database server needs to be configured by running Runtime Repository option locally. Please run the runtime assistant on the server where the database is located I am installing it on the server, and the Installer launched the runtime access installation at the end it self. Running it again from the server didn't fix the problem. I have even gotten the DBA to change the enque_ressource parameter to 3000. I wish I knew what to do. Can you help me out with ideas on what to try?
