Help needed accessing BIOS by cristobal2004-02-16 19:37:08

some of the Compaq machines of similar vintage had the 'bios' configuration program in a small partition on the hard drive. When booting, it would prompt to press F10 to enter setup and then it would boot from that partition. If that was absent, you HAD to use a set of 'setup' floppys to configure the bios settings.
