it's a script reading troubleshooter. If they didn't have that gig they'd be a telemarketer. I usually tell them who I am, where I work and how many ~~Dull~~Dell Systems I support. Then I tell them to dispense with the script and ship me the **** parts or connect me with a supervisor. You want a pleasant experience with a support issue call Apple.
