I am not friends with Dell right now! by schwing12004-02-16 19:49:10
  There's your mistake, right there... by nate_t_g 2004-02-16 20:01:14
...you should never have been friends with Dell to begin with. I won't even go into my full rant on Dell, but as an experienced computer consultant, Dells are some of the crappiest mass produced machines available. And Dell started off so well, using all quality industry standard components, each system "custom" "hand built".

And their phone support sucks rocks. Their on-site support is better _because_ Dell doesn't do it itself - it subcontracts it out.
