not every soldier is perfect... they are human they make mistakes and not all live up to the "honour codes" etc they supposedly had. As for canada it quite became our shame with what happens in Sarajavo<sp> and that proves that not all military officers are ok. Most military officers are but there are a small group that are just messed up.
