I doubt this slime mold was ever in the military. However, I find your stereotyping almost as offensive as his behavior. Further, you couldn't be content to say it once, you had to say it twice and in a more offensive manner the second time.

I actually prefer to hire managers with some military background. What we don't need is to get blamed for every dipwad that wants to pretend that he's ever worn the OD green.
