the provincial court... it has it's own official site but while it can give some basics it doesn't say too much on court date settings. I looked up what courthouses are still open. Closest to me are Poco and New west. Poco seems bigger by the courtroom breakup it lists(courts are split alphabetically). And it just gives initial court times as 9am mondays and criminal times I think as other days of the week... and it's like ok hmmm... I thought it was mondays/wendsdays but that was the old system when Maple Ridge court was open. And I think if I called the court houses they'd be wondering why I called. Tho closer to the 40 days being up if my worker hasn't called me back to give me an actual date or to tell me a meeting time with my lawyer I'll have to ask whats going on. I've not met with the lawyer in years because the case was closed when Aly was ill.(I had it generally ajourned because when your kid is dying last thing you need is court stuff) I still have to dig out stephens medical reports so they have a copy for court tho they have a copy of my reports and financial statment. I found even if stephens dad thinks he'll outgrow having mental handicap(which stephen wont) and refuses to deal with his issues.(he's never delt with them I've delt with all stephens stuff alone over the years tho we both delt with Aly's things) That if he needs help and he's over 19 his dad can be held accountable... I'd be helping stephen either way but his dad has never wanted to pay... only reason he isn't fighting it this time is he wants that divorce because in the last year he's asked at least 3 women to marry him(they didn't know he'd asked all 3... tho 2 talked and found out and the other found out after about one of the others as well). I think tho he's thinking about quitting his job tho he's told others he might be laid off I don't quite buy that... he's got senority where he is.(and he's quit jobs and worked under the table before to avoid stuff) sorry if I'm rambling I'm dosed on cold/flu meds again... ack...
