from the g'ment? If so, it's a sanctioned fund allowed and possibly implemented because of Affirmative Action. There are such government funds specifically for that. I have no issue with the private ones, as long as they don't use it for thier credit under any circumstances, including a tax write off, which many of them do. Just one of many loop-holes that some of these "organizations" use.
