I'm not sure how it's making fun of the minorities though. There's a distinct difference between insulting the minority themselves and insulting the idiot policy. It's much like the kids who were selling the cookies based on affirmative action policies at the Uni (iirc). How is it insulting to the minority if you base your sales on your universities policy? Insulting to the policy sure, but insulting to the people themselves? I just don't see it.
