It's not meant to 'help whites', it's meant to make fun of minorities. Read the article. Again, I have no problem with scholarships by private organizations that are designed so that only a select group can receive it. But this one was designed SPECIFICALLY as an insult to minorities. The fact that it helps someone is incidental to the cause.
