So I'm starting a Gentoo stage 1 install	by friareriner	2004-02-16 11:36:51
on my laptop. Downloading the stage right now in fact. Note that I will be blundering and stumbling through this whole process, but hopefully I'll emerge on the other side in one piece. Any bets on how long it'll take to bootstrap the bugger? Its a p2/366 128MB RAM... Well anyway, wish me luck. Thank goodness that Gentoo has a wonderful installation guide online for folks like me.
