poor little Sambo, unable to provide for themselves, they never will. You have whites in welfare that I don't think could live without welfare as they've gotten so used to being spoonfed that they can't survive if you take the spoon away, so it's NOT a case of "well, they're black and unable to care for themselves". Plus it's unfair to those blacks who do struggle and make it on their own. I've had this talk with many of my black friends here, and they're all rather disgusted by it as any successful black is automatically assumed to have gotten where he is on handouts from the whites and not under his own steam. There are disadvantaged whites as well as blacks who could use those scholarships to give themselves a hand-up. They should be available for all people, not just those with the right skin colour.
