Every single black person is automatically disadvantaged and deserving of handouts that should be denied white people based solely on skin color? And white folks don't ever need the same helping hand? Or are you advocating slavery reparations? No, of course not. You're too sensible for that. Rather than promote equality, however, programs such as black-only or minority-only scholarships do nothing highlight the only difference between races: color.
