get when applying for college. If your parents didn't go there, the college won't give you those. If a group of people want to give a scholarship based on a narrow set of criteria in order to benefit the group, what's wrong with that? Say the Philadelphia Bricklayers Union wants to give some of their kids scholarships, but only those kids born to or adopted by union members can apply. Where's the problem?
