Yo, Kick. You're a fellow RLS sufferer, so I thought I'd mention this. I'm increasingly convinced that the leg exercises I do at night drastically reduce the symptoms of RLS for me.

When I sense that it's going to be a bad RLS night, I go down to the universal gym here in the mission and do leg presses. I do the kind where I sit in a little seat and press my legs against a footstand which in turn lifts a stack of weights up and down. I do these exercises until my legs feel like limp noodles. Then I go to bed. Works every time.

Have you tried this sort of exercise? Has it worked?
