Don't feel obligated to finnish it just because your parents/friends/teachers etc. will be dissapointed if you quit. If you are happy with your manual job and have energy left to write in your spare time, I can see no reason to continue studying.
If on the other hand you think you will be happier with a job were you will need your degree, you should consider continuing study part-time, and use the rest of your time to write and do other things that makes you happy.
I have two friends that quit uni in their 4th or 5th year, and started in a manual job. They both work 80% time, and use the rest of their time on their hobbies. Both are much more satisfied with their lifes now than they ever was in school.
Last week there came a girl I've never seen before to my lab. She had started her master thesis 5 years ago, but had to quit due to mental illness after working on the thesis 2 years. Now she came back to finnish it, because she found out she really was a scientist, not a factory worker. She now work here 3 days a week, the other days she use to wriet poems.
I can't tell what will be best for you, but you have to do what is best for you, no matter what others may say or think.
