Just about 10 years after I started (give or take 2-3 months). I've had stints of full and part time schooling along the way, along with full and part time employment.
I agree that mental health is important. If you can do things with your life right now that will make you happy, perhaps you should do those things and put off your degree. I would strongly suggest looking into alternative options, such as part time study, or even changing to another school which may offer a better alternative to balance working towards completion and what works best for your state of mind.
There are many things you can do and be very successful in without having a degree, I can speak from experience of myself and several of my friends, however I think if you can find a way to finish, even if it takes another 5 years, it will be worth it. |
