well there are a few of those scripts mainstreamed... I'm wondering if I should say something to gentoo development about UFview which is a gui leech script program that is in the gentoo database there is also dailycomics in there which does the same thing.(but has also syndicated along with the non syndicated ufview is primarily aimed at UF using even some UF graphics in it). Those are the two main leechers I've run into tho freshmeat has a few others. Know tho that some will cache a site locally as well. Many programs do that tho. A few webbrowsers and other things and it is across the board in various OS. I have a friend tho that doesn't have much time online. He watches over a friend with a critical heart condition and also deals with school and his own health. He had told me once he cached whole cartoon sites of cartoons he really likes. He runs bsd and said he just used some sort of webcaching... Perhaps that is another common problem for some of you because doing the initial caching wouldn't they grab numerous pages and images making it look like a flood of requests?(btw the friend of mine doesn't read this comic... his thing is furry comics)
