and if they were saying something like changing people being called retarded then fine...(I do perfer the term mentally challanged for my son tho technically retarded which means slow is correct in a way)... Or if say people were calling physically challanged "gimps"... fine then do something on that but that isn't what they are doing here... and odd they need to pass a law for it anyways. In bc the government just passed new policy, not law, and did so many years ago.(back in the 80/90's)
