              One thing not mentioned by the CERT link by alter3d 2004-02-10 21:37:24
is the weakness of WiFi. Please, please, *please* at least enable WEP if you haven't done so already using the biggest key supported by your hardware. First of all, without WEP it's absolutely trivial to sniff your packets in cleartext, and get onto your network without any hassles. Second of all, you're providing a potential jump-off point for crackers, threatening everyone else on the Internet.
