I got stuck in a long meeting with my PI (read: head geek) about our current projects (read: Mission Impossible goes Bioscience) and the timeline (insert maniacal laughter here). Strangely enough, he completely understands. He said to do what I could, and to not stress out over it. These things happen in research. By the time I got back, my immediate boss had gotten his knickers all bunched up again about some file name character length restriction issue and wanted me to start in on our huge project immediately... before he gave me the parameters for the run. Which means we're back to w*** as usual here. Hugs to everyone who helped me cool off earlier. I've got to remember that it's just w***, and sooner or later I'll get to go home. ^_^
