MS generates a file by Celticess 2004-02-10 14:49:30
listing every site you've visited. I forget the name of the file but normally it's a hidden system file. Ages ago I'd go delete the thing ... thease days I don't care as I'm mostly in linux and do very very little internet stuff in windows.(ie shockwave games, downloading programs for windows if needed, and downloading object related files for the sims)

Now if you had access to this former employee's current stuff and spoke to the police on your concerns and found his new work place willing ... when he's out you could put keystroke monitors in...

Now if your site is networked... also check the main machines files that does networking. Somewhere it should have net activity logfiles showing what machines requested what site, etc much like squid even if it's windows.(squid is a linux thing)
