Rather clever, that; you can't see it using Windows Explorer, as it puts up a special view that displays the actual names of the fonts (and *only* the fonts).
Another potential target would be the C:\%SYSTEMROOT%\assembly folder installed with the .Net framework; another one Explorer doesn't let you actually see, putting a "special" web-like interface up instead whenever you browse to it.
I think one of the IE cache directories does something similar. I'm pretty sure I read about some folders that, even in a DOS prompt, Windows hides from the user (even above and beyond merely setting file attributes), but now I can't remember what those were.
