  What I do is ... by JustnCase 2004-02-10 10:55:29
-Create a new column next to the one in question.
-Enter the following formula =CONCATENATE("?",B1,"?") (note: the quotes are inserted as special characters. B1 is the cell with the data in question).
-copy this formula down.
-select the formula column and copy
-paste special to the original column only values.
