and what impact that is having on the local sector, I agree it can be a good thing.
If the Avg American has no desire to ever become more than a "Would you like to sign up for long-distance toda", then I agree that it's a very bad thing.
However, if they use it as a motivator to get people up to non-script-based jobs, then I'd say it's definitely a good thing. |
