...is how all job ads put "must be able to multitask," "excellent communication skills," "team player," and of course, "available for flexible hours." The first three insult the intelligence, the last translates to "unpaid overtime," and the 5+ years experience at pay rates that interns used to balk at is just peachy. HR people have been sniffing their Sharpies too much.
