*ENGFEH*? by ArcCoyote 2004-02-10 10:16:59
Funny, I just said the same thing followed by some decidedly non-FYOS-safe remarks.

This was precipitated by 70 lbs of 21" Apple Blue&White Trinitron goodness applied to my left middle finger. How convenient. I couldn't move said digit from an upright position for several minutes, which was just fine by me.

Congrats to Crapple for the 3 legged stand on this thing. If you miss the edge of the table with one of the legs, or it slips (which is a piece of cake considering the contact area is small and sans rubber footises) the entire weight of the monitor WILL be leveraged upon your cuticles.

This is the thanks I get after some precarious balancing upon a highly defective rolling cart, the anything-but-level thresholds of two elevators, followed by a bit of twisting with it thru some narrow doorframes. Yes, i think a swollen purple throbbing middle finger is quite appropriate.

On the bright side, I did gank this behemoth's slightly fuzzier twin for the Dual 1GHz OS X Server, which does double duty as the Quickslime server and my web surfing toy.
