Being a recent graduate of a computer science program and looking for my first full-time programming job. The junior positions have riduclous requirements like 3-5 years experience developing applications in a business environment etc. The sad thing is, these jobs *will* get filled because there are so many people out there with that experience, desperate to get back into the game. Doesn't bode well for those of us trying to break in for the first time!
