he was still an a***ole. I'm not surprised since he struck me as someone that would get along with people as long as things went his way. One of the real problems was that we both lived in one dorm room.
problems with him
-had three alarm clocks he would use to get up at odd hours.
times like 4 o'clock in the morning, 1 o'clock at night etc.
-he would let said alarm clocks go off for a long time. at
one point the alarms went off from 4-6 in the morning. If I
wasn't already up his a** would have been up.
-since our desks were together it would seem reasonable to
listen to music through head phones when requested, at times
he refused. My response play my stereo. Not loud mind you,
but loud enough to hear my music (which he hated) and get
the point across that I could own the room.
-at times he was a slob, but so was I so that didn't matter
too much.
-the clincher, when I finally got fed up with the alarm stunt
after being woken up at 4 in the morning he offered no
appologies, he only said that "I sigh too much." and seemed
pissed about bring up the topic. The funny thing is that I
tried to be reasonable up to that point and try and help him
out. But he would simply say that it was his problem and he
would deal with it. After that point if he woke me up he was
getting up. Thank god I was a night owl.
Let me go on record for saying that the only way the peace was keep was that I still tried to be a nice guy and not get too pissed about the situation. Luckly he had alittle bit of respect for me so there was an uneasy truce for a while. But when school was done for me the gloves came off and I notified him that I would refuse to humor him no more. Luckly he had already decided to leave. Of course when he left he left perment marker all over the floor, which took about 20min to clean up. He was without a doubt a pathetic child.
