NAIT's CNA program at the moment, likely followed by Grant MacEwan's IT&SM (and yes, I'm aware how *that* could be read, hehe) diploma program. After that, back to NAIT for their BAIST program.

That's the plan at the moment, and I have this laid out over the next 4-5 years (allowing for one year of work possibly if extra funds are needed. My current background is simply prior work on the MCSE (core) Win2K program, CCNA, A+, and a minor semblance of the Java SL275 prep. Work experience includes volunteer network admin / network design and implementation, and 2 years of h*lldesk working for a 3rd party outsourcer (not the most pleasant experience, but it was work and it got me an idea of what I wasn't keen on doing again).

I have nothing at the moment that would make me a desirable employee in many companies' eyes. Hence all the edumacation plans. Should net me a pair of diplomas, a Bachelor's, and a couple certificates for me to throw on the ol' resume.
