Given that the data in question do not identify any individual, and are not used as the basis for decision making about any non-individual concerned, I fail to see how it could possibly apply.

I believe the relevant authorities can object if the pictures are being used for commercial purposes, which does not appear to be the case and has nothing to do with the DPA even if it is the case.
