Where in the Data Protection Act... by Trinity_Quasar 2004-02-10 08:13:59
Does it say I'm not allowed to take pictures of my school?

I took my digital camera to school today and had it confiscated for taking pictures, not of people, but just white-board effect pictures of weird items (the stairs cool really cool in white-board effect) the person who took it off me looked at all the pictures and made me format it because they were against the DPA apparently...

Is there a rule in the Data Protectio Act saying that I can not take pictures of the school, I can understand if there were pictures of people in there the concern... despite the fact anyone I take a photo of I ask first, but innocent pictures of stairs and corridors?

*Getting rather frustrated and in need of something to kill*
