I don't have a shadow of a doubt about that narrow section of the technological community and that they can be a major PITA for _real_ innovations.

I just take exception to the characterization that the existing opposition in this case stems from them, at least not nearly in such an exclusive way as he makes it sound. Surely, they are the loudest to hear - due to their positions - but IMHO Mr Galvin tries here to put the whole thing down as the pet peeve of some obstinate nutjobs...
