| Well, my application for the CPCC's zero rating program has finally been accepted! That means that I can now purchase CD-Rs without paying the levy, as long as they are for use on my webpage. And yes, I have to keep STRICT records of what is bought levy free (which they CAN track) and report to them. But it will save me about $100 yearly I expect, so I'm really excited about it. What it means is, I'll be able to do more reviews for people, and my biggest concern can now be my bandwidth instead of the CD-R prices! LOL! |
