they are little disks that are body jewelry... But the ones I saw were mass produced so some women might not be able to wear them.(as just as for men our sizes of things vary and stuff so a one size fits all approach doesn't work for something like this) But yea it looked like it was a metal pin that went through it or like it was something that had two rounded heads on the ends(maybe 2 pins? that look like ear earing studs)
