it didn't cover the nipple, it covered some of the areola, but some was still visible. But really, what does it matter? It's not like seeing a bit of nipple ever killed anybody. The plaintiff is claiming viewers "suffer[ed] outrage, anger, embarrassment and serious injury". Unbelievable.
