...but they don't have to make it obvious. Probably it was included in some very fine print in your statement, in a little throwaway flyer sorta thingie that you automatically throw away. Or buried in an email whose main point was something else, if you'd signed up for online bill pay. "3.9% balance transfers for a limited time!....oh and by the way we've changed our online bill payment terms" In any case, just about any credit card company is going to require at least 48-36 hrs. notice before your payment can post. That way they can rape you for the extra charge to wire funds in 24 hrs. if you absolutely need to.
