I feel for you, I have been there! I would call up customer service and chew on someone's ear. My company was so stupid...they sent me a refund check for a payment I had sent after my balance apparently was charged off...I was having difficulty in a getting a payment to them from Canada, and seeing how they didn't take foreign currency it made it difficult and costly to me.
Anyhow, they wrote off the small balanced that I owed, then when my payment got there, it put it in a negative balance...generating a refund check. Talk about dumb arses! Anyhow, I got the check last week...then I got a letter yesterday, that my request for a refund was in process, and that I would be getting my check in the next couple of weeks. I never asked for a refund! Go figure?? Good luck on your situation!
