Anyone familiar with the IFPF.EXE file by bordertech 2004-02-05 11:00:21
in the Windows 98 Startup menu? It gets deselected and then the PC gets rebooted. When she (the customer) checks Startup, that file is checked again. It does not appear in the Registry. When we did a Find on it there were two places it showed up:

C:\WINDOWS\All Users\Startmenu\Programs\Startup

also

IFPF.~~C in C:\WINDOWS\Applog

I would like to know what this is as it seems to be preventing ScanDisk from running in Windows. ScanDisk will run in Safe Mode. Any ideas?
