I mean, honestly. There were a couple guys who worked there that my friends were friends with who were condecending jerks just like at other places. Mainly, I like them because It's only about 10 minutes away from my apartment. It's also easy to go in there, say you want a specific item, and leave with that item. Not so easy to do at CompUSA.
