Wherein you can post questions (to people other than myself!), comments, and in my case thank yous.
Thanks, to all the individuals that helped me last night walking me through the missions. It'll just take time. There's a steeper learning curve on being _effective_ in the game than in many shooters I've played. Much easier to die too. Continued help is welcome.
Giving freely of time is often a thankless job. So. =)
(I'm still convinced nobody ever actually dies from grenades and that they're just flashy pyrotechnics, but maybe my aim is perpetually feeble. =) )
Eventually, I'll get the idea of the maps and various components of them, and manage to concentrate on more general points of style such as finding useful cover.
Anyhoo, maybe there are other newbies that can join me in this thread. =-)
