I actually recognized the name when I read it, but I wouldn't know him from Adam's house cat. I've never heard him speak, but have my doubts he's why folks invest in McDonalds. Or don't invest, for that matter.
Again, the CEO could be the mouthpiece, which he could be trained to do if he didn't have the native ability, or PR can be done by PR guys. At any rate, I don't think it would cure the greed problem for the CEO to be a figurehead. The salary of whoever is behind the throne would just go up to current CEO levels, as you'd still have someone who was a functional CEO even if CEO weren't their title. |
