Respect is earned, not demanded.
Just because he's POTUS does NOT automaticly grant him some sort of minimum-level-respect - he's got to earn it just like everyone else on the planet.
When you elect someone who says one thing, and the minute they step into office, they do a 180 on their promises, how far are you going to trust them, much less RESPECT them?
Washington, Lincoln, et al must be spinning like neutrino's in their graves at the scum who've occupied the "Honorable" office of the President. |
