People are friendly, warm and if you stay more in the country than in downtowns you will find it inexpensive as well.
My little sister just had her honeymoon there after getting married in Prague. Alas i beleive she arranged it herself as well ( yes we all speak German ). Can't recommend a tour organizer because i have always gone solo. The only good company that i can think of only handles motorcycle tours, afaik.
