some more about me, i'm swiss/british, currently living in geneva, fast approaching 30.
my job-title says i'm a sys-admin, but the company i work for is mostly clueless about IT, so it might mean anything. we're a windows shop (not my choice). i'm essentialy self-taught, and realise i've got some rather large gaps in my knowledge.
at home i prefer my powerbook, and occasionaly tinker around on a freebsd box. my first computer was a sinclair zx81
my personal history is varied and interesting, including work as a farmhand, in construction, drug abuse, lengthy stays at psychiatric hospitals, live as a vagabond, you get the drift.
i've been lurking at userfriendly for about 3 years.
i quit my job for the end of march, and will take up the travelling live again.
my political leanings are far far left.
