...but the scales differ too. The percentage is probably the best way to actually score them. I remember taking an online test (not completely free though) that returned not only the final score, but also partial scores (math, visual, logic, grammar, etc.).
Scores most tests return are practically useless, but percentages can easily be used as an actual indicator. That's also why Mensa's level is top 2% and not 150 or whatever the IQ score might be.
But all these scores still indicate only the potential, nothing more and a genius can still be a moron, ignorant and living under a bridge. |
