we are not allowed to work more than 10 hours per day, we have to do a 30 minutes minimum break for lunch, between checking out at evening and checking in the next day have to be at least 11 hours of rest, and we are not allowed to have more than 35 hours overtime at the end of the month (38 hours work per week, everything more is overtime). When you work under those conditions and then have to do unpayed overtime you'd get angry, too.
