Yesterday I had to bring the printers attached to our test application server back to live. It took nearly 6 hours to do so. It's real sh*y if you don't know the printing system (3 tier bought application). Causes were some missing rights, the database entries were a mess, and a printing connection had been removed by some bldy idiot. My motivation is somewhere below zero right at the moment (not just because the internet connection is crap today, but also because of everything else related to the office). That's why I need one of your well known hot, strong and good mugs of hot tea.
