We're going to SF first, 'cause we're planning on doing a kind of curved path from west to east coast. It's kind-of a shame we'll miss some places we want to go (she really wanted to go to Mexico; I had my heart set on seeing the biggest ball of twine in Minnesota!) I don't think we were planning on going to Pheonix, but as we'll have passes, we could just get on the bus and take a detour there... The Grand Canyon sounds good, but - this is a stupid question I know - where exactly is it?! And as I say, Boston is already down as a definate!
