  Staggered Allies/Axis spawn times by DaNutBall 2004-01-15 13:02:14
FBM has already set the spawn times to be Allies in 15 secs and Axis in 20 seconds. The defending team gets the advantage to be at the objective, offsetting any respawn time difference. Still if dynamite gets planted it gives one more respawn chance to get it defused.
